This retention period ensures auditability, client access to historical analysis, and compliance with financial data standards.
After this period, data (including uploaded files, OCR outputs, and metadata) is securely deleted or anonymized unless extended retention is required by law or a client contract.

Fintelite employs rigorous security measures to protect user and document data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

All users benefit from:

b. Enterprise-Grade Security (Enterprise Plan Only)
Enterprise Plan clients receive additional protections, including:

- Dedicated virtual private cloud (VPC) or on-premise deployments
- Data residency control
- Multi-zone redundancy and disaster recovery configuration
- Annual third-party penetration testing and compliance audits
While Fintelite takes reasonable precautions, no digital system is entirely risk-free. Users acknowledge inherent risks associated with online data transmission.
